Abstract
Methods are provided for treating multidrug resistance in refractory tumor cells comprising administering (1) a P-glycoprotein inhibitor in conjunction with (2) an antineoplastic agent.
Claims1
A method of treating multidrug resistance of refractory tumor cells in a patient in need of such treatment, said method comprising administering, concurrently or sequentially, an effective amount of (1) the P-gp inhibitor:
