A method of treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, gastro-oesophagal reflux disease, dyspepsia, atrial arrhythmias and stroke, anxiety and/or migraine in mammals, such as humans, which comprises the administration of an effective amount of the compound of the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
