Abstract
Transition metal complexes include a diazaphosphacycle of formula III and a transition metal. The phosphorus atom of the diazaphosphacycle is bonded to the transition metal and the diazaphosphacycle of formula III has the following structure 1 where the variables have the values set forth herein.
