Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of arthritis and a screening method thereof. More precisely, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of arthritis which contains extracellular signal regulated protein kinase (ERK) or its upstream signal transduction molecule MAP kinase kinase (MEK) activity inhibitor, and a screening method for the pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of arthritis through searching the ERK or MEK activity inhibitors.
