Claims24
Method for producing an aqueous acrylamide solution by hydrating acrylonitrile in an aqueous solution in the presence of a biocatalyst, whereby the reaction mixture is mixed, characterised in that the reactor has a pumping circuit in which a part of the reaction mixture is circulated by a pump and in which at least one heat exchanger is arranged.
Device for producing an aqueous acrylamide solution by hydrating acrylonitrile in an aqueous solution in the presence of a biocatalyst, with a reactor, a pumping circuit in which a part of the reaction mixture is circulated by a pump, and at least one heat exchanger which is arranged in the pumping circuit.
