Abstract
This invention relates to newly identified polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding proteins of the GABAB receptor family, to their use in diagnosis and in identifying compounds that may be agonists, antagonists that are potentially useful lin therapy and to production of such polypeptides and polynucleotides, belonging to the class of G-protein coupled receptors.
