Abstract
A photoconductive imaging member including an optional supporting substrate, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein said layer includes a charge transport component and a polysiloxane.
Claims39
A photoconductive imaging member comprised of an optional supporting substrate, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein said charge transport layer is comprised of a charge transport component and a polysiloxane.
A photoconductive imaging member comprised in sequence of a supporting substrate, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and which layer is comprised of a charge transport component and a methacrylate polysiloxane of the formula
- 12
- wherein n is a number or fraction thereof of from about 2 to about 10,000;
- X and Y are independently selected from the group comprised of oxygen and sulfur;
- R1 to R4 and R7 to R10 are independently selected from the group comprised of alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, and substituted aryl, with the substituent being halide, alkoxy, aryloxy, or amino;
- and R5 and R6 are independently selected from the group comprised of hydrogen and alkyl.
A photoconductive member comprised of a supporting substrate, a photogenerating layer, and a charge transport layer, and wherein said charge transport layer is comprised of a charge transport component and a polysiloxane;
- and wherein said polysiloxanes is of the formula
- 13
- wherein n represents the number of segments, X and Y are independently selected from the group consisting of oxygen and sulfur, R1 to R4 and R7 to R10 are independently selected from the group comprised of alkyl and aryl;
- and R5 and R6 are independently selected from the group comprised of hydrogen and alkyl.
