Abstract
The method and system for lifting of the massive constructions provide a possibility to lift the assembled at the ground level over size and over weight objects, such as a sport arena roof with the attached columns and/or bridge section with the attached piers. An improved method for massive constructions lifting includes steps providing lifting process by at least two of a plurality of lifting supports, each of which is formed by two vertically positioned H-girders connected by their lower parts to the supporting base and coupled each to the other along their length by a plurality of strengthening (stiffening) girders. Each support includes a sling-traverse, comprising a pivoting stand, a lifting tape, the rests, and the lifting device, including the hydraulic jacks.
Claims7
A method for lifting of a massive construction, providing the elevation of an over size and over weight construction object with attached columns from a ground level to an assigned height, said method comprising the steps of
- assembling said over size and over weight construction object, including at least two of a plurality of corbels, at said ground level,
- coupling said over size and over weight construction object with at least one of a plurality of said columns;
- inserting each of said corbels into an appropriate sling-traverse, each of which comprises a pivotable stand,
- forming around each said sling-traverse a support, including at least two H-girders vertically positioned and rigidly connected by their lower parts to an appropriate supporting base, wherein said at least two H-girders are parallel to each other along their length and are positioned with the distance between them adequate for a passage of said sling-traverse coupled with a pivoting stand, and wherein each of said H-girders includes at least one of a plurality of rests rigidly attached to the inner side of each of said H-girders;
- leaning said pivotable stand on the lower rests of each of said support, comprising a sectional lifting tape hingedly coupled by its lower part with said sling-traverse and by its upper part with a cross-girder of a lifting device installed on the top of said support, wherein said lifting device includes at least one of a plurality of hydraulic jacks and a cross-girder coupled with said hydraulic jacks and with said lifting tape, wherein said cross-girder of said lifting device is coupled with said lifting tape by a locking finger leaning on an upper side of said cross-girder and passing through an aperture into each section of said lifting tape, and wherein said cross-girder comprises a slit for the vertical passage of each section of said lifting tape on each appropriate cycle of a lifting process;
- providing each cycle of a lifting process by a synchronous extension of all hydraulic jacks, thereby simultaneously uprising the cross-girders, each of which pulls the appropriate lifting tape, thereby lifting the appropriate sling-traverse with said over size and over weight construction object, wherein at the end of said each cycle each said sling-traverse is leaned on the appropriate rests to provide said coupling of said cross-girder with the subsequent section of said lifting tape by said locking finger.
A system for lifting of massive construction objects, comprising at least one of a plurality of columns, includes:
- at least two of a plurality of lifting supports, comprising
- at least two of a plurality of vertically positioned H-girders rigidly installed by their lower parts on a base, wherein said H-girders are parallel to each other, and the distance between them is adequate for a passage of a sling-traverse coupled with a pivoting stand;
- at least two of a plurality of rests rigidly attached to the inner side of said the H-girders and strengthened by at least one strengthening support;
- at least one of a plurality of auxiliary strengthening girders rigidly attached to the outer side of said the H-girders;
- a lifting device, including a cross-girder coupled with at least one of plurality of hydraulic jacks, is housed on the upper part of said girders,
- a lifting sectional tape coupled by the lowest part with a flange of said sling-traverse and by upper part with said cross-girder of said lifting device;
- at least one of a plurality of temporary strengthening girders, coupling said H-girders above said flange of said sling-traverse;
- at least one of a plurality of permanent strengthening girders, coupling said H-girders below said pivoting stand of said sling-traverse.
