Abstract
The invention provides the combined use of an inhibitor of formation or release of β-amyloid and a nitric oxide releaser for the treatment or prevention of Alzheimer's disease.

A method for the treatment or prevention of Alzheimer's disease comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically-effective amount of a compound which inhibits the formation or release of β-amyloid and a therapeutically-effective amount of a nitric oxide releaser.
