Abstract
To identify a signal transduction molecule which binds to TRAF3. A protein having any of the following amino acid sequences: (a) an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) an amino acid sequence obtained by deletion, substitution, and/or insertion of one or several of the amino acids in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and having activity of binding to TRAF3; or (c) an amino acid sequence having a homology of 60% or more to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and having activity of binding to TRAF3.
Claims15
A protein having any of the following amino acid sequences:
- (a) an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1;
- (b) an amino acid sequence obtained by deletion, substitution, and/or insertion of one or several of the amino acids in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and having activity of binding to TRAF3;
- or
- (c) an amino acid sequence having a homology of 60% or more to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and having activity of binding to TRAF3.
A gene encoding the protein of the present invention.
A gene having any of the following nucleotide sequences:
- (a) a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- (b) a nucleotide sequence obtained by deletion, addition, or substitution of one or several of the nucleotides in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 and encoding a protein having activity of binding to TRAF3;
- or
- (c) a nucleotide sequence which hybridizes with the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 under stringent conditions and encoding a protein having activity of binding to Traf3.
