Abstract
The present invention provides X-nitro compound, pharmaceutical compositions of X-nitro compounds and methods of using X-nitro compounds and/or pharmaceutical compositions thereof to treat or prevent diseases or disorders characterized by abnormal cell proliferation, such as cancer, inflammation, cardiovascular disease and autoimmune disease.

A method for treating or preventing cancer comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent, excipient or adjuvant.
A method for treating tumor cells with a reduced intracellular environment comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof.
A method for treating or preventing solid tumors comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof.
A method for treating or preventing inflammation comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof.
A method for treating or preventing autoimmune disease comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxide or solvate thereof.
A method for treating or preventing cardiovascular disease comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment or prevention a therapeutically effective amount of a X-nitro compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, N-oxides or solvate thereof.
