Method for processing ceramic powder suspension

A method for processing a ceramic powder suspension, comprising:

• providing a dispersant having a following structure:

• wherein R1 is an H+ ion, an Na+ ion, an NH4+ ion or other cationic group;
• R2 is an H+ ion, an Na+ ion, an NH4+ ion or other cationic group;
• m is an integer from 10 to 5000;
• and
• n is an integer from 10 to 3000;
• dissolving the dispersant in a solvent;
• and
• adding a ceramic powder into the solvent to form a slurry.

A method for preparing a ceramic powder suspension, comprising:

• providing a dispersant having a following structure:

• wherein D is an H atom or a COOR, group;
• R1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a cyclic aliphatic group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a cationic salt group;
• R2 is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, a cyclic aliphatic group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms;
• R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group;
• Z is an oxygen atom or an NH group;
• A is a —COO group, a —SO3 group or an acid form;
• a is an integer between 1 to 5000;
• and
• p and q are integers between 1 to 10;
• dissolving a dispersant in a solvent;
• and
• dispersing a ceramic powder into the solvent to form a slurry.
