Gas cylinder with a double jacket

Double liner gas cylinder with an internal gas cylinder (1) with two cylindrical concentric parts (2 and 3) that pass gas between two internal chambers (4 and 5) separated by a piston (27) operating inside the smaller tube (3), the cylinder is fitted with a valve cap (8 and 9), a valve shaft (12), a shaft cap (7) and a shaft (6) linked to the piston and also has outer bushing (25 and 26) which surrounds the cylinder on either side inside the unit, which is characterized in that the straight-walled external cylinder (2) fits inside a longer straight walled tube (14), within said tube (14) having a cylindrical portion also straight walled which is longer than that of the cylinder (2) and is open at its ends, with the other end (15) formed as a tapered conical section (15), being received the cylinder (2) through the end of the valve (12) up to the starting of said conical portion and it is held in position by three grooves (17) spaced at 120° from each other at the end opposite the larger tube (14) with this raised area (16) increases surface contact with the bushing (25) when the internal cylinder shaft (6) is fully extended, in that a tube limiter (19) is housed inside the tapered cone area of the larger tube and, in turn, houses a pusher (18) connected to the projecting end of the gas cylinder valve shaft (12), being the tube limiter thin and has evenly spaced ribs (24) on its exterior, in that the valve cap (9) housed inside the outer tube (2) is held in plane by an outer washer (11) that holds the ring seal (10) in place, with this washer housed in a ring-shaped groove (13) formed on the end of the valve cap (9).
