A latitudinal perimeter of the lower box defines a plurality of locating holes, and a turning part joining a handle part and a longitudinal perimeter of lower box includes a larger area locating groove. A latitudinal perimeter of the upper cover board includes barbed fasteners protruding downward from locations where the locating holes of the lower box are provided. The upper cover board includes a barbed retaining tab protruding downward from a location corresponding to where the locating groove of the lower box is provided. The upper cover board can be fixed to the lower box by a convenient covering manner by engaging the fasteners and retaining tab of the upper cover board with the locating holes and locating groove of the lower box.
