Abstract
An oven comprises: a cooking chamber defined by chamber walls; a baffle plate mounted within the cooking chamber for directing the flow of air within the cooking chamber, said baffle plate being provided with at least one aperture; a fan for moving air within the cooking chamber, and for maintaining a flow of air through said aperture; and a catalytic converter located within the cooking chamber, characterized in that the catalytic converter is mounted both on said baffle plate and upstream of said fan.

An oven comprising:
- a cooking chamber defined by chamber walls;
- a baffle plate mounted within the cooking chamber for directing the flow of air within the cooking chamber, said baffle plate being provided with at least one aperture;
- a fan for moving air within the cooking chamber, and for maintaining a flow of air through said aperture;
- and
- a catalytic converter located within the cooking chamber,
- characterized in that the catalytic converter is mounted both on said baffle plate and upstream of said fan.
