Abstract
An internal combustion engine wherein each cylinder has two pistons placed in the opposite direction and attached together by an arm-type connecting rod and wherein a cylinder head has a rotor blade rotating in the middle between the upper cylinder head and the lower cylinder head whereby the upper cylinder head and the lower cylinder head are perforated with an intake port and an exhaust port. The rotor blade is perforated with one port and rotates by a gear which is at the outer edge of the rotor blade. When the piston reaches the power stroke, it generates force to act on the arm-type connecting rod and when the connecting rod arm moves in a linear motion, it transmits the force towards the crankshaft or the transmission shaft which is attached by a guide rail platform.
Claims10
An internal combustion engine of a two-way piston type moving in a linear motion comprises:
- A two-way cylinder means a cylinder which can accommodate two pistons jointed together by a connecting rod whereby the pistons are at the head and the rear of the connecting rod or the two-way pistons are placed in the two-way cylinder with chambers at the head and the rear of the two-way cylinder.
- A two-way piston means a piston has space for chambers at the head and the rear of the two-way piston whereby the pistons have gap middle between the two-way pistons for the connecting rod arm or piston pin take in.
- An arm type connecting rod means a connecting rod with pistons attached to its head and rear and in the middle of the connecting rod, there are parts extending outwards at the left side and the right side or any one side of the connecting rod. This extending part is called a connecting rod arm. The power from the two-way pistons is transmitted to the arm type connecting rod through the connecting rod arm towards the transmission shaft.
- The connecting rod arm and the crankshaft which are eccentric to each other rotate transversely around the line of the two-way cylinder in the same plane.
- The connecting rod arm and the crankshaft which rotate perpendicular to the line of the two-way cylinder whereby the crankshaft is at the left side and the right side of the two-way cylinder of which each side can has one or two shafts:
- A guide rail platform means a platform which is attached to the transmission shaft and surrounded by guide rails. The guide rails has a relationship with the ascending and descending of the pistons.
- The cylinder head has a rotor blade rotating in the middle between the upper cylinder head and the lower cylinder head whereby the upper cylinder head and the lower cylinder head are perforated with an intake port and an exhaust port in the radius of the circle of the cylinder head while the rotor blade is perforated with one port.
An internal combustion engine of a two-way piston type moving in a linear motion as described above by referring to any illustrated drawings.
