The garment has a safety harness with a central attachment ring receiving a safety line, anchoring a wearer to a beam or tree trunk. The safety harness is preferably sewn on the outer surface of a removable, reversible inner liner or vest attached to an outer shell such as an outer vest, jacket, shirt, parka, or other garment covering the harness by zippers.
