Abstract
A label assembly having a face sheet with a removable label portion is used in connection with an apparatus that includes a base that accommodates the label assembly in an aligned position. The label assembly further includes a back sheet having a removable first portion generally coextensive with the label portion of the face sheet so that when the first portion is removed from the label assembly, a remaining portion of the back sheet is attached to the label portion of the face sheet. An arm is connected with respect to the base to extend over the label assembly as the label portion is applied.
