Compounds of the formula (I)

• where
• X is a halogen atom, preferably a chlorine or fluorine atom, and R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen;
• a C5-8-cycloalkyl radical;
• a C1-4-alkyl radical;
• a C1-4-alkyl which is substituted by one or more radicals from the group -OH, -NH2, -COOH and -SO3H and which may be additionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms, especially from the group consisting of -O-, -NR4- and -SO2-;
• -A-SO2-B;

• R4 is hydrogen or a C1-4-alkyl radical, A is a C2-6-alkylene group, preferably a C2-4-alkylene group;
• a C2-6-alkylene group, preferably a C2-4-alkylene group which may be interrupted by one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of -O-, -NR4- and -SO2-;
• a C5-8-cycloalkylene or a phenylene group which may be substituted by a C1-4-alkyl group;
• wherein R4 is as defined above;
• B is -CH═CH2 or -CH2-CH2-Z, where Z is any group that is detachable by alkali;
• or
• R2 and R3 may be combined with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to form a hetero ring of 4 to 8 atoms in which an additional heteroatom from the group consisting of O, N and S may be incorporated, and also mixtures thereof and their salts.
