Abstract
A system and method of wavefront sensing with a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor precisely locates focal spots on a detector array, and determines the location of the lenslet array with respect to the detector array.
Claims1
A method of determining a location of a focal spot on a detector array, comprising:
- defining boundaries of an integration domain for a lenslet;
- performing a center of mass calculation with respect to pixels within the boundaries;
- and
- correcting for an asymmetry parameter.
