Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for graphically displaying an image section of an object under examination (1, 18) having objects (2, 17) situated therein, in particular for the display of an image section of a building wall. The invention provides that the image section with the objects (2, 17) situated in the object under examination (1, 18) is displayed already while data acquisition by the position detector (3, 19) is taking place.
Claims14
A method for graphically displaying an image section of an object under examination (1, 18) having objects (2, 17) situated therein, in particular for the display of an image section of a building wall, whereby the image section is obtained from data from a position detector (3, 19),
- wherein the image section with the objects (2, 17) situated in the object under examination (1, 18) is displayed already while data acquisition by the position detector (3, 19) is taking place.
The method as recited in at least one of the preceding claims,
- wherein the objects (2, 17) to be located are each depicted in the form of standardized symbols (12).
The method as recited in at least one of the preceding claims,
- wherein the objects (2, 17) to be located are depicted differently in the image section depending on their depth.
The method as recited in at least one of the preceding claims,
- wherein a signal is emitted when the depth of an object in the object under examination (1, 18) that is detected by the position detector (3, 19) is within a specified value range.
The method as recited in at least one of the preceding claims,
- wherein the ranges (5) of the object under examination (1, 18) already detected by the position detector (3, 19) and the ranges (6) of the object under examination not yet detected by the position detector (3, 19) are depicted graphically differently in the image section.
The method as recited in at least one of the preceding claims,
- wherein the ranges (15) of the object under examination (1, 18) that are not detectable because they are hidden by the objects (2, 17) to be located, and the ranges (5) of the object under examination (1, 18) already detected by the position detector (3, 19) are depicted graphically differently in the image section.
A position finder (16) for locating objects in an object under examination (1, 18), in particular in a building wall, using a position detector (3, 19), an evaluation unit (24) connected with the position detector (3, 19) to evaluate position data captured by the position detector (3, 19), and a graphic display unit (4, 26) for reproducing an image section through the object under examination (1, 18) with the objects (2, 17) situated therein,
- wherein the position detector (3, 19), the evaluation unit (24) and the display unit (4, 26) are interconnected via a real-time connection (23, 25) in order to enable instantaneous output of the image section in accordance with the particular position of the position detector (3, 19).
The position finder (16) as recited in at least one of the preceding claims 20 through 24,
- wherein the display unit (4, 26) comprises an LED display, an LCD display, a cathode ray tube, a plasma display, a VFD display, or an OLED display.
The position finder (16) as recited in at least one of the preceding claims 20 through 25, characterized by an additional acoustic signal generator (27) for generating an indication signal.
