Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing nanocomposite aliphatic polyester consisting of the mixing of a nanofiller in at least one monomer that can form an aliphatic polyester and the intercalative polymerisation of the mixture obtained in the presence of a supercritical fluid.

A method for preparing an aliphatic polyester nanocomposite comprising mixing a nanofiller into at least one monomer that is capable of forming an aliphatic polyester and carrying out intercalative polymerization of the mixture obtained in the presence of a supercritical fluid.
A preparation method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the monomer is ε-caprolactone.
A preparation method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the nanofiller is a clay.
A preparation method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the supercritical fluid is mainly composed of carbon dioxide.
A preparation method according to any one of the preceding claims, also comprising adding a surfactant to the mixture.
A preparation method according to any one of the preceding claims, also comprising adding a particulate microfiller to the mixture.
A method for preparing a nanocomposite according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the nanocomposite is subsequently used as a master batch.
