Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of preventing and/or treating asthma in a subject, said method comprising step of administering effective pharmacological amount of parabromophenacyl bromide (PBPB) to the subject and also, a method of modulating levels of biomolecules to achieve the same.

A use for preventing and/or treating asthma in a subject, said use comprising step of administering effective pharmacological amount of parabromophenacyl bromide (PBPB) to a subject.
A use as claimed in claim 36, wherein the PBPB helps prevent airway constriction (SGaw).
A use as claimed in claim 36, wherein the PBPB helps recover up to about 96% of basal level airway constriction (SGaw).
