A compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof.

- wherein X is oxygen or sulfur, optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from C1-4 alkyl and halogen, and where the heterocycle containing X is substituted meta or para to the depicted NH;
- R1 is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl;
- R represents substituents selected from C1-6alkyl, halogen, trifluoromethyl, and C1-6alkoxy;

- n represents an integer from 0-4.
