Abstract
The present invention provides a gene encoding a G protein-coupled receptor termed nGPCR-2067; constructs and recombinant host cells incorporating the genes; the nGPCR-2067 polypeptides encoded by the gene; antibodies to the nGPCR-2067 polypeptides; and methods of making and using all of the foregoing.
Claims25
An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that encodes a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence with at least 95% homology to a sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, wherein said nucleic acid molecule comprises at least a 10 nucleotide fragment of an untranslated region of SEQ ID NO:1.
An antisense compound 10 to 30 nucleobases in length that specifically recognizes and hybridizes to SEQ ID NO:1 and inhibits the expression of nGPCR-2067.
