Abstract
Use of a composition comprising finely divided particles of (a) an electrically-conductive material; (b) one or more inorganic binders; and (c) zinc, wherein components (a, b and c) are dispersed in a liquid vehicle, in the manufacture of an electrically-conductive pattern on a substrate for the purpose of increasing the resistivity of said electrically-conductive pattern.
Claims26
(Currently Amended) Use of a composition comprising finely divided particles of (a) an electrically-conductive material;
- (b) one or more inorganic binders;
- and (c) zinc, wherein components (a), (b) and (c) are dispersed in a liquid vehicle, in the manufacture of an electrically-conductive pattern on a substrate for the purpose of increasing the resistivity while maintaining solder adhesion of said electrically conductive pattern.
(Currently Amended) A method of increasing the resistivity while maintaining solder adhesion of an electrically-conductive pattern which comprises utilising utilizing in the manufacture of said conductive pattern a composition comprising finely divided particles of (a) an electrically-conductive material;
- (b) one or more inorganic binders;
- and (c) zinc, wherein components (a), (b), and (c) are dispersed in a liquid vehicle.
(Original) The use of finely-divided particles of zinc in a composition further comprising finely divided particles of (a) an electrically-conductive material and (b) one or more inorganic binders dispersed in a liquid vehicle, for the purpose of increasing the resistivity of an electrically-conductive pattern manufactured from said composition.
(Original) A method for increasing the resistivity of an electrically-conductive pattern manufactured from a composition comprising finely-divided particles of (a) an electrically-conductive material and (b) one or more inorganic binders dispersed in a liquid vehicle, said method comprising the incorporation of finely-divided particles of (c) zinc into said composition.
