Abstract
A hair ornament including a barrette having a device for attaching the barrette to a person's hair and having a barrette surface for receiving ornamentation on it. One or more ornamented leaves are glued to the barrette surface and one or more silk flowers are glued to the one or more ornamental leaves to form the hair ornament. In an alternate embodiment a hair clip may be used instead of a barrette. In another alternate embodiment a hair bun net may be affixed to the hair ornament.

A hair ornament, comprising:
- a) a barrette having means for attaching said barrette to a person's hair;
- b) said barrette having a barrette surface for receiving ornamentation;
- c) one or more ornamental leaves glued to said barrette surface;
- and
- d) one or more silk flowers glued to said one or more ornamental leaves to form a hair ornament.

- c) a decorative cap glued to the underside of said ornamental leaves.
