A device for measuring a volume of liquid drug. The device includes a first chamber containing liquid drug, a measurement chamber in liquid communication with the first chamber, and a measurement assembly.

A device for measuring and delivering a desired volume of liquid drug, said device comprising:
- a housing including:
- a first chamber containing liquid drug;
- a measurement chamber in liquid communication with the first chamber;
- a measurement assembly for establishing a desired amount of liquid drug;
- and
- a skin-penetrating member, in fluid communication with said measurement assembly, for delivering said desired amount of liquid drug to a living being.
