The invention concern a fixing end-fining for a flexible tubular pipe comprising an inner sealing sheath (2), a pressure vault consisting of a short-pitch helical winding (3) of a metal forming wire, an intermediate sheath (5) and at least a web of tensile long-pitch wound amour wire, (6) and an outer sealing sheath (78), the end-fitting comprising a staged part (112) capable of sliding into a staged cylindrical housing of the end-fitting and designed to ensure through two crimping elements (113, 116),the sealed fixing of the inner sheath and the intermediate sheath (5), screws (120) enabling the staged part (112) to be brought closer and to be fixed on the end-fitting. The invention is characterised in that staged part (112) and the deformable elements (113, 116) constitute three separate elements, thereby facilitating mounting and providing a better control of tightness
A fixing end-fitting for a flexible tubular pipe, comprising at least, from the inside outward, an internal sealing sheath (2) made of a plastic, generally a polymer, a pressure vault formed by a short-pitch helical winding (3) of a metal profile wire, an intermediate sheath (5), at least one tensile armor ply (6) wound with a long pitch and at least one external protective sealing sheath (7), the end-fitting including a stepped part (112) that can slide in a stepped cylindrical housing of the end-fitting (11) and is designed to ensure, through two deformable crimping elements (113, 116), that the internal sheath (2) is fixed and sealed at the front and that the intermediate sheath (5) is fixed and sealed at the rear, bolts (120) allowing the stepped part (112) to be brought up to the end-fitting (11) and fixed thereto, characterized in that the stepped part (112) and the deformable elements (113, 116) form three separate elements.
