An inlet channel may extend between the inlet to a second opening in the inner chamber. A plurality of lower baffles positioned between the outer chamber and the inner chamber and adjacent to the first opening may be included. A plurality of upper baffles positioned between the outer chamber and the inner chamber and adjacent to the outlet may be included.
