Abstract
The housing made of a resin composition is formed by injection molding with a sintered metal bearing sleeve as an insert piece. The housing includes a cylindrical body part, a sealing portion extending from the top of the body part radially inwards, and a bottom part closing the lower end of the body part. Of these, the body part and bottom part are integrally formed, to which the sealing portion is welded.

A fluid bearing device comprising:
- a housing;
- and
- a bearing sleeve fixed to an inner periphery of said housing, said bearing sleeve forming a radial bearing gap with respect to an outer peripheral surface of a shaft member,
- said fluid bearing device supporting said shaft member and said bearing sleeve in a radial direction in a non-contact manner by an oil film formed in said radial bearing gap,
- wherein said housing is a resin product.

A fluid bearing device comprising:
- a housing;
- and
- a bearing sleeve made of sintered metal and fixed to an inner periphery of said housing, said bearing sleeve forming a radial bearing gap with respect to an outer peripheral surface of a shaft member,
- said fluid bearing device supporting said shaft member and said bearing sleeve in a radial direction in a non-contact manner by an oil film formed in said radial bearing gap,
- wherein said housing is formed of a resin composition having a crystallinity of 20% or more.

A fluid bearing device comprising:
- a housing made of a resin having a bottom part at one end thereof;
- a bearing sleeve made of metal provided inside said housing;
- a shaft member inserted in a space formed by an inner peripheral surface of said bearing sleeve;
- a radial bearing part provided between said inner peripheral surface of the bearing sleeve and an outer peripheral surface of said shaft member for supporting said shaft member in a radial direction in a non-contact manner by a lubricating oil film formed in a bearing gap;

- a bearing sleeve made of metal provided inside said housing;
- a shaft member inserted in a space formed by an inner peripheral surface of said bearing sleeve;
