In a texturing system with a texturing nozzle and a first drum (22) connected thereto and a further drum (23), a thread is guided on the outlet side of a texturing nozzle (10) at the circumference of a drum (22) in the form of a strip (1′) by friction and at least in part in positive manner, so that the longitudinal speed of the strip (1) at the circumference of the drum (22) accords with the circumferential speed of the drum in the area of the guide (220), whereby, by means of a pressure difference in an air guidance system, the effect is achieved of pressing the strip (1′) onto the surface of the drum (22), and whereby the thread is guided in relation to its conveying speed and packing density, by positive and friction guidance under the imposition of air, as far as an outlet point on the first drum, and is transferred onto a second drum (23), on which the strip is cooled, extended if appropriate, and passed on to further guide or conveying rollers (22′) respectively.
A method for the forming of a textured thread in a texturing system with a texturing nozzle and a first drum (22) connected thereto, and a further drum (23), characterised in that the thread is conducted on the outlet side to a texturing nozzle (10) at the circumference of a drum (22) in the form of a strip (1′) in frictional manner (and for preference at least in part in positive manner), so that the speed in the longitudinal direction of the strip (1) at the circumference of the drum (22) matches the circumferential speed of the drums in the area of the guide element (220), whereby technical air means (222) are provided in order to improve the adherence of the strip (1) at the circumference of the drum (22), whereby, as a result of a pressure difference in an air delivery system (30), the effect is achieved of pressing the strip (1) onto the surface of the drum (22), and that the strip is conducted with respect to a given speed and density, due to the positive and frictional guidance under the imposition of air to as far as an outlet point at a guide element (22a) on the first drum and is transferred onto a second drum (23), on which the strip is extended if appropriate, and conveyed onwards to further guide or conveyor rollers (22′) respectively.
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the thread (1) or strip (1′) respectively is conducted so narrowly between the texturing nozzle (10) and the first drum (22) that a distance of 0.5 to 2.00 mm is maintained between the outlet side of the texturing nozzle (10), or a guide part (20) following said nozzle respectively, and the circumference of the drum (22).
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the thread (1) or strip (1′) respectively is secured at the circumference of the first drum (22) by means of an air flow entering into the interior of the drum, whereby this air flow is created by a pressure difference between the outer circumference of the drum (22) and the interior of the drum, for preference in the amount of 100 . . . 250 mm water column, as well as by a perforation (222) in the drum casing.
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the thread (1) or strip (1′) respectively is cooled at the circumference of the second drum (23), likewise by means of an air flow, which for preference enters in the area of the thread run through a perforation into the interior of the drum (23).
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the size relationship between the thickness of the strip (1) and a groove (220) in the drum (22) is selected in such a way that the strip, laid at the circumference of the drum (22) approximately fills this groove, or fills it completely, or lies up to 70 to 100% inside the groove (220), and 0 to 30% of its cross-sectional surface comes to lie outside the drum.
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the first drum (22) is pivoted away or pushed away from the nozzle block (100) or from an individual texturing nozzle (10) before the beginning of the texturing process, and that, after one or more threads (1) have been drawn in, the drum (22) is moved as far as a minimum of 0.5 mm towards the texturing nozzle (10) or the nozzle block (100), or that, conversely, the texturing nozzle (10) or the nozzle block (100) respectively is moved away from the drum (22) correspondingly and then is moved in again.
The method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the thread is drawn out on the outlet side of the second drum (23) by means of a mono or duo delivery mechanism.
A texturing system, or texturing nozzle and strip conveying device respectively, for the performance of the method according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that a first drum (22) is arranged directly at a texturing nozzle (10), or a nozzle block (100), whereby guide means (20, 220) are provided along the circumference of the first drum (22), in order for a thread strip to be conducted away at the circumference of the drum in a controlled manner under constant conditions, and that at the circumference of the drum (22) a guide element (22a, 22b) is arranged outside the circumference of the drum (22), for conducting the strip (1) onto a second drum (23), which is equipped with means for cooling the thread strip.
A nozzle for a system in accordance with one of the preceding claims, related to a system, in particular texturing nozzle (10) with a compression part (16), characterised in that the lamellar plate ends lying on the outlet side of the compression part (16) are designed to be free to the surroundings, in particular free of contact to the surrounding parts of the nozzle, and/or to an adjacent guide part (18).
A method for the formation of a textured thread in ma texturing system with a texturing nozzle and a drum (22) connected thereto, whereby the thread on the outlet side of a texturing nozzle (10) is guided at the circumference of a drum (22) in the form of a strip (1′), and for preference technical air means (222) are provided, characterised in that, at the circumference of the drum (22), the strip (1) is cooled by effect from outside, in particular by means of a blower device (20a), for preference through a blow-out aperture (52f), directed onto the thread run and that a suction is affected through the circumference of the drum.
A texturing system with a texturing nozzle and a drum (22) connected thereto, whereby on the outlet side of a texturing nozzle (10) at the circumference of a drum (22) a guide piece is provided for a strip (1′), and technical air means are provided, in particular for carrying out one of the methods according to one of the foregoing method claims, characterised in that at at least one drum (22) an inlet point (52e, 20) is provided for the emission of a conditioning medium onto the strip (1′), and that a suction device is connected with the inside of the perforated circumference of the drum.
The texturing system according to the preceding claim, characterised by an inlet point (54c) for heated air for the heating of an extruder (41) at a spinning device (42) upstream of the texturing system (44).
