• determining whether available funds in at least one account established for at least one
• intercreditor are sufficient to pay at least one intercreditor as promised,
• and if insufficient, transferring said available funds from at least one of foreign exchange control protected account to at least one account established for the at least one intercreditor
• 7.A method comprising
• selecting a set of foreign exchange control protected accounts owned by at least one offshore trust which owns future flow receivables of a first emerging market bank;
• wherein a first foreign exchange control protected account of the set of foreign exchange control protected accounts is in a first international correspondent bank and a second foreign exchange control protected account of the set of foreign exchange control protected accounts is in a second international correspondent bank, and
• wherein the first and second international correspondent banks previously conducted future flow receivables of the first emerging market bank.

17.An apparatus comprising

• a processor which
• selects at least one foreign exchange control protected account owned by at least one offshore trust which owns future flow receivables from at least two emerging market banks within the jurisdiction of a single emerging market country;
• and
• transfers funds from at least one foreign exchange control protected account to at least one account established for at least one investor
• 18. The apparatus of claim 17 wherein
• the processor transfer funds from at least one foreign exchange control protected account to at least one account of at least two emerging market banks.

29. A method comprising:

• depositing for the benefit of an investor, future flow funds originating offshore with respect to an emerging market country;
• wherein the future flow funds, prior to the step of depositing, were designated to be received by at least two emerging market banks in the emerging market country;
• and further comprising
• causing an emerging market central bank to cause funds to be paid to an entity onshore with respect to the emerging market country;
• wherein the funds that are caused to be paid onshore by the emerging market central bank is compensation for the amount of future flow funds deposited for the investor.

32. A method comprising

• buying a financial instrument which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• causing an emerging market central bank of an emerging market country to cause funds to be deposited for the benefit of the investor;
• transferring future flow funds owned by an offshore trust to an entity which is onshore with respect to the emerging market country.

33. A method comprising

• holding a financial instrument which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• causing an emerging market central bank of an emerging market country to cause funds to be deposited for the benefit of the investor;
• transferring future flow funds owned by an offshore trust to an entity which is onshore with respect to the emerging market country.

34. A method comprising

• selling a financial instrument which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• causing an emerging market central bank of an emerging market country to cause funds to be deposited for the benefit of the investor;
• transferring future flow funds owned by an offshore trust to an entity which is onshore with respect to the emerging market country.

35. A financial instrument which is collateralized by rights of an investor;

• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• a deposit, for the benefit of the investor, of future flow funds originating offshore with respect to an emerging market country;
• wherein the future flow funds, prior to the step of depositing, were designated to be received by at least two emerging market banks in the emerging market country;
• and further comprising
• causing an emerging market central bank to cause funds to be paid to an entity onshore with respect to the emerging market country;
• wherein the funds that are caused to be paid onshore by the emerging market central bank is compensation for the amount of future flow funds deposited for the investor.

36. A method comprising

• buying a financial instrument which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• a deposit, for the benefit of the investor, of future flow funds originating offshore with respect to an emerging market country;
• wherein the future flow funds, prior to the step of depositing, were designated to be received by at least two emerging market banks in the emerging market country;
• and further comprising
• causing an emerging market central bank to cause funds to be paid to an entity onshore with respect to the emerging market country;
• wherein the funds that are caused to be paid onshore by the emerging market central bank is compensation for the amount of future flow funds deposited for the investor.

39.A derivative financial instrument

• wherein the derivative financial instrument is based on a financial instrument of
• which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• causing an emerging market central bank of an emerging market country to cause funds to be deposited for the benefit of the investor;
• transferring future flow funds owned by an offshore trust to an entity which is onshore with respect to the emerging market country.

40.A derivative financial instrument

• wherein the derivative financial instrument is based on a financial instrument of
• which is collateralized by rights of an investor;
• wherein the rights of the investor are based on:
• causing an emerging market central bank of an emerging market country to cause funds to be deposited for the benefit of the investor;
• transferring future flow funds owned by an offshore trust to an entity which is onshore with respect to the emerging market country.
