Method, system and computer software for providing microarray probe data

A system for providing correlations between one or more probe-set identifiers and one or more biological sequences, comprising:

• means for receiving a user selection of the probe-set identifiers using a first graphical user interface;
• means for associating the probe-set identifiers with probe sequences;
• means for correlating the probe sequences with the one or more biological sequences;
• and
• means for enabling the correlation for display including providing a second graphical user interface including one or more graphical elements representing one or more of the probe sequences associated with the probe-set identifiers and one or more graphical elements representing the one or more biological sequences.

A computer-implemented graphical user interface for providing correlations between one or more probe-set identifiers and one or more biological sequences, comprising:

• one or more first graphical elements representing one or more probe sequences associated with the probe-set identifiers;
• and
• one or more second graphical elements representing the one or more biological sequences;
• wherein the first and second graphical elements are graphically aligned with each other.

A graphical user interface generated by a method for providing correlations between one or more probe-set identifiers and one or more biological sequences, comprising the acts of:

• associating the probe-set identifiers with probe sequences;
• and
• correlating the probe sequences with the one or more biological sequences;
• wherein the graphical user interface includes one or more first graphical elements representing the one or more probe sequences graphically aligned with one or more second graphical elements representing the one or more biological sequences.
