Abstract
Therapeutic agents for erectile dysfunction containing as the active ingredient prostaglandin derivatives of formula (I) 1 (wherein, R1 is ethyl or n-2-propenyl.), esters thereof, nontoxic salts thereof, or cyclodextrin clathrate compounds thereof. The compounds of the formula (I) are useful for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

A therapeutic agent for erectile dysfunction containing as the active ingredient one or more compounds selected from prostaglandin derivatives of the formula (I)
