A tablet which comprises by weight more than 80% ciprofloxacin hydrochloride monohydrate, less than 5% starch, and at least 0.5% of a disintegrant selected from the group consisting of crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, carmellose calcium, and sodium starch glycolate.
A tablet which comprises by weight more than 90% ciprofloxacin hydrochloride monohydrate, less than 5% starch, and at least 0.5% crospovidone.
