Abstract
Antisense compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating the expression of PLML. The compositions comprise antisense compounds, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding PLML. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of PLML expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of PLML are provided.

An antisense oligonucleotide 8 to 80 nucleobases in length targeted to a nucleic acid molecule encoding PLML, wherein said antisense oligonucleotide specifically hybridizes with said nucleic acid molecule encoding PLML and has a sequence comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 16, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 61, 67, 70, 72, 74, 81, 82, 83, 86 or 87.
A compound 8 to 80 nucleobases in length which specifically hybridizes with at least an 8-nucleobase portion of a preferred target region on a nucleic acid molecule encoding PLML.
