This invention relates to a method and compositions for the treatment and prevention of disorders associated with endothelial dysfunction consisting of anti-inflammatory agents and dietary supplements.

A composition for the treatment and prevention of endothelial dysfunction in mammals comprising a therapeutically effective amount of anti-inflammatory agents comprising;
- acetylsalicylic acid, an amino sugar and a zinc compound, combined with dietary supplements.
A composition for the treatment and prevention of endothelial dysfunction in mammals comprising a therapeutically effective amount of anti-hypertensive agents comprising;
- dietary supplements, an amino sugar, and a zinc compound.
A method for the treatment and prevention of endothelial dysfunction in mammals by administering a therapeutically effective amount of anti-inflammatory agents comprising;
