Abstract
An apparatus for and a method of sizing a window covering in a sizing mechanism in a retail outlet includes a slide secured to a bay of a retail outlet. A housing configured to support a sizing mechanism for sizing a window covering is slidably coupled to the slide and is movable from a retracted position located substantially within the bay to a extended position in which at least a portion of the housing extends out of the bay. A sizing mechanism for sizing a window covering is disposed on the housing.
Claims14
A method of sizing a window covering with a sizing mechanism in a retail outlet, the sizing mechanism being supported by a slidable housing, the method comprising:
- sliding the housing from a retracted position in which the housing is located substantially within a bay to an extended position in which at least a portion of the housing extends out of the bay;
- and
- sizing a window covering in the sizing mechanism.
An apparatus for sizing a window covering in a sizing mechanism in a retail outlet, comprising:
- a slide secured to a bay of a retail outlet;
- a housing configured to support a sizing mechanism for sizing a window covering and being slidably coupled to the slide and being movable from a retracted position located substantially within the bay to a extended position in which at least a portion of the housing extends out of the bay;
- and
- a sizing mechanism for sizing a window covering disposed on the housing.
An apparatus for sizing a window covering in a sizing mechanism in a retail outlet, comprising:
- means for supporting a window covering and a sizing mechanism;
- means for sizing a window covering disposed on the support means;
- and
- means for sliding the support means from a retracted position located substantially within a bay to a extended position in which at least a portion of the housing extends out of the bay.
