Abstract
The present invention relates to a stabilizer composition for halogen-containing thermoplastic resins, the stabilizer composition comprising (a) calcium hydroxide and/or calcium oxide which may optionally be surface-modified; and (b) a hydroxyl group-containing isocyanurate. This stabilizer composition is particularly suited for weather-resistant halogen-containing resin compositions, such as rigid PVC.
Claims5
A stabilizer composition for halogen-containing thermoplastic resins, comprising
- (a) calcium hydroxide and/or calcium oxide which may optionally be surface-modified;
- and
- (b) a hydroxyl group-containing isocyanurate.
The stabilizer composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for polyvinyl chloride resins.
