Abstract
A cell body for a fuel cell comprises a metal support and an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer. The electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer are formed on the metal support. A concave portion is formed in an arbitrary pattern on the metal support, and the bottom of the concave portion is made to be porous.
Claims10
A cell body for a fuel cell, comprising:
- a metal support;
- and
- an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer being formed on the metal support,
- wherein a concave portion is formed in an arbitrary pattern on the metal support, and a bottom of the concave portion is made to be porous.
A method of manufacturing a cell body for a fuel cell, comprising:
- forming an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer at an arbitrary region on a metal support sequentially;
- and
- making the region of the metal support porous, the region having the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer formed thereon.
A method of manufacturing a cell body for a fuel cell, comprising:
- forming a fuel electrode layer, an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer at an arbitrary region on a metal support in a sequential order of the fuel electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer or in a reverse order thereof;
- and
- making the region of the metal support porous, the region having the fuel electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer formed thereon.
A fuel cell stack, comprising:
- a cell body for a fuel cell including a metal support and an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer being formed on the metal support,
- wherein a concave portion is formed in an arbitrary pattern on the metal support, a bottom of the concave portion is made to be porous, and
- the fuel cell stack is constituted by stacking the cell bodies.
A solid oxide fuel cell, comprising:
- a cell body for a fuel cell including a metal support and an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer being formed on the metal support,
- wherein a concave portion is formed in an arbitrary pattern on the metal support, and a bottom of the concave portion is made to be porous.
A solid oxide fuel cell, comprising:
- a fuel cell stack comprising a cell body for a fuel cell including a metal support and an electrolyte layer and an air electrode layer, the electrolyte layer and the air electrode layer being formed on the metal support,
- wherein a concave portion is formed in an arbitrary pattern on the metal support, a bottom of the concave portion is made to be porous, and the fuel cell stack is constituted by stacking the cell bodies.
