A building element, comprising:
- (a) a core of compressed fibrous material;
- (b) a sheathing of plastic molded over said core.
A method of forming a building element, comprising:
- (a) bundling fibrous material into an elongated rounded cross section
- (b) compressing said bundled fibrous material;
- and
- (c) molding plastic around said bundled fibrous material to form a plastic sheath.
