Abstract
A novel soybean cultivar, designated S010347, is disclosed. The invention relates to the seeds of soybean cultivar S010347, to the plants of soybean S010347 and to methods for producing a soybean plant produced by crossing the cultivar S010347 with itself or another soybean variety. The invention further relates to hybrid soybean seeds and plants produced by crossing the cultivar S010347 with another soybean cultivar.

Seed of a soybean variety designated S010347, representative seed having been deposited under ATCC Accession No. ______.
A method for producing a soybean variety S01 0347-derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a) crossing soybean variety S010347, representative samples of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number ______, with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- and
- b) growing said progeny soybean seed, under plant growth conditions, to yield said soybean variety S010347-derived soybean plant.
A method for producing a soybean variety SOI 0347-derived soybean plant, comprising:
- a) crossing soybean variety S010347, representative samples of said variety having been deposited under ATCC accession number with a second soybean plant to yield progeny soybean seed;
- and
- b) growing said progeny soybean seed, under plant growth conditions, to yield said soybean variety S010347-derived soybean plant.
- c) crossing said soybean variety S010347-derived soybean plant with itself or another soybean plant to yield additional soybean variety S010347-derived progeny soybean seed;
- d) growing said progeny soybean seed of step (a) under plant growth conditions, to yield additional soybean variety S010347-derived soybean plants;
- and
- e) repeating the crossing and growing steps of (a) and (b) from 0 to 7 times to generate further soybean variety S010347-derived soybean plants.
