Claims20
An exercise apparatus, comprising:
- at least one extensible section causing the apparatus to exhibit an extended length and an un-extended length, wherein the difference between an extended length of the apparatus and an un-extended length of the apparatus does not exceed a predetermined percentage of the un-extended length of the apparatus.
- a pair of grasping sections to enable the apparatus to be grasped by both hands and stretched to an extended length.
A method for making an exercise apparatus, comprising the steps of:
- providing at least one extensible section causing the apparatus to exhibit an extended length and an un-extended length, wherein the difference between an extended length of the apparatus and an un-extended length of the apparatus does not exceed a predetermined percentage of the un-extended length of the apparatus.
- providing a pair of grasping sections to enable the apparatus to be grasped by both hands and stretched to an extended length.
An exercise apparatus, comprising:
- at least one extensible section comprising a plurality of strands to cause the apparatus to exhibit a pre-determined extended length and an un-extended length;
- and
