What I claim as my invention is:
- 1. Frame—A plastic or fiberglass molded—four sided A-frame (app. 21″ tall) with an octagon base (app. 14″ wide) that is constructed to house a fitted bearing seat, fitted motor mounts and the control panel.
- 2. Telescoping shaft—A two piece inner and outer adjustable telescoping shaft with the outer shaft (app. 16″ tall) and the inner shaft extending (app. 30″ tall) that is thread and tapered at the top outer section to fit in the frame and bearing seat.
- 3. Telescoping shaft bearing—A bearing that fits in the bearing seat of the frame.
- 4. Telescoping shaft tab washer—A tab washer that is fitted over the telescoping shaft and the telescoping shaft bearing.
- 5. Telescoping shaft locking nut—A locking nut that is threaded to the telescoping shaft stem for tightening the telescoping shaft, the tab washer and the telescoping shaft bearing into the bearing seat for support, strength and stability.
- 6. Telescoping shaft locking clamp—An open and closed type clamp for locking or unlocking the height of the telescoping shaft.
- 7. Internal motor—The motor is a battery powered 12 volt rechargeable that is located within the bottom section of the frame that drives the telescoping shaft and is attached to the motor mounts.
- 8. Shaft locking coupling—A coupling that locks to the motor and the telescoping shaft by tightening the top and bottom allen head screws.
- 9. Motor assembling bolts—Four bolts that secure the motor to the motor mounts.
- 10. Three −90 degrees locking snap button collars—Attach the collars to the horizontal extending arm, vertical extension leg and the horizontal extension bar in a Z-shape.
- 11. Horizontal extending arm—Attach the extending arm (app. 7″ long) to the top section of the telescoping shaft and snap button collar.
- 12. Vertical extension leg—Attach the extension leg (app. 17″ tall) in the downward position to the 90-degree collar.
- 13. Horizontal extension bar—Attach the extension bar (app. 16″-30″) in an outward position to the 90-degree collar adjusting it to the length of the users' desire.
- 14. Control Panel—The control panel houses the on-off switch, variable speed switch, five second delay switch and the charger jack and is fitted on the outside of the frame app. 15″ from the base.
- 15. On-Off switch—This switch control the on-off position of the motor, it is attached to the control panel.
- 16. Variable speed switch—The variable speed switch allows the user to set the speed of the motor, it is attached to the control panel.
- 17. Five second delay switch—The delay switch is designed to shut off power to the machine in the event that it is inadvertently tipped over, it is attached to the control panel.
- 18. Charger Jack—The charger jack is designed to charge the rechargeable battery, it is attached to the control panel.
