Abstract
The present invention relates to the use of at least one compound selected from the group comprising compounds of formulas 1a and 1b 1 physiologically acceptable salts thereof and stereoisomeric forms thereof, in which R1 denotes H oder alkyl, R2 denotes H, COOH, COO-alkyl or CO—NH—R5, R3 and R4 each independently denote H or OH, n is 1, 2 or 3, R5 denotes H, alkyl, an amino acid group, a dipeptide residue or a tripeptide residue, and alkyl denotes an alkyl group containing from 1 to 4 carbons, for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of immunosuppression. These compounds are used in the present invention in the form of a topical composition.
