Abstract
A driving circuit for LED lamps has a DC power unit, a control unit connected to LEDs and a backup power unit. The DC power unit outputs DC power to the control unit, the LEDs and the backup power unit. When the DC power unit does not output DC power, the battery outputs DC power to continue to drive the LEDs. Therefore the driving circuit can be used with any type of lamp such as a wall lamp, an inductive lamp and an emergency lamp.
Claims9
A driving circuit for an LED lamp comprising
- a DC power unit output a DC power;
- a control unit connected between the DC power unit and a parallel connection of LEDs, wherein the control unit connected the LEDs through a switch;
- a backup power unit connected to the DC power through the control unit and connected to the LEDs, wherein the backup power is recharged by the power unit through the control unit, and the backup power unit outputs a DC power to the LEDs when the DC power unit interrupts to output the DC power.
