Mobile storage unit

A mobile storage unit comprising:

• at least two structural frames;
• a plurality of rigid upper and lower panels wherein each of the plurality of rigid upper and lower panels are coupled to the at least two structural frames, wherein each rigid lower panel comprises a brake portion;
• a seat portion coupled to the at least two structural frames wherein the seat portion is comprised of a rigid material and includes an integrated handle portion;
• a handle assembly coupled to the seat portion wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle tray and an extendable handle coupled to the handle tray;
• a bottom panel coupled to the at least two structural frames whereby an area disposed below the seat portion and above the bottom panel is a storage area;
• and
• at least two wheels coupled to the at least two structural frames, wherein the at least two wheels comprise a first and second wheel wherein each of the first and second wheels are respectively coupled to one of the at least two structural frames via at least one structural bracket.

A mobile storage unit comprising:

• at least two structural frames;
• a plurality of rigid upper and lower panels wherein each of the plurality of rigid upper and lower panels is coupled to one of the at least two structural frames via a plurality of structural brackets, wherein the rigid upper and lower panels are comprised of a polycarbonate material, wherein each rigid lower panel comprises a brake portion, wherein the brake portion comprises an extension of the rigid lower panel;
• a seat portion coupled to the at least two structural frames via a plurality of structural brackets wherein the seat portion is comprised of a rigid material and includes an integrated handle portion, wherein the integrated handle portion comprises two apertures in the seat portion, the two apertures having a section of rigid material is disposed therebetween, wherein the rigid material comprises a polycarbonate material;
• a handle assembly coupled to the seat portion wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle tray and an extendable handle coupled to the handle tray;
• a bottom panel coupled to the at least two structural frames whereby a storage area is created below the seat portion, above the bottom portion and between the at least two structural frames;
• and
• at least two wheels coupled to the at least two structural frames, wherein the at least two wheels comprise a first and second wheel wherein each of the first and second wheels are respectively coupled to one of the at least two structural frames via at least one structural bracket.
