- a chemical reactor;
- a liquid/gas separator integrated with said chemical reactor;
- and
- wherein said reactor is configured to receive a continuous stream of aqueous solution.

- and
- a chemical reactor having porous walls covered with a hydrophobic membrane.
A fuel cell apparatus comprising:
- an anode;
- a cathode;
- an electrolyte disposed between said anode and cathode;

- a hydrogen reactor for providing hydrogen to said anode, said hydrogen reactor comprising a porous wall wrapped by a hydrophobic membrane wherein said hydrogen reactor is configured to receive a continuous flow of aqueous metal hydride solution.
