Abstract
Systems and methods are disclosed for cropping an image to be included in an image-based product by displaying the image; generating a crop mask based on cropping product attributes, the crop mask having a selected portion corresponding to a selected portion of the image and a cropped portion corresponding to a cropped portion of the image, the crop mask having a user selectable size; and displaying the crop mask over the image to visually indicate the selected portion of the image.
Claims32
A method of cropping an image to be included in an image-based product, the method comprising:
- displaying the image;
- generating a crop mask based on cropping product attributes, the crop mask having a selected portion corresponding to a selected portion of the image and a cropped portion corresponding to a cropped portion of the image, the crop mask having a user selectable size;
- and
- displaying the crop mask over the image to visually indicate the selected portion of the image.
3 The method of claim 2, wherein the aspect ratio equals to one.
4 The method of claim 2, wherein the rectangular ratio comprises one of 4 to 6, 5 to 7 and 8 to 10.
5 The method of claim 1, wherein the crop mask comprises a user-selectable aspect ratio.
6 The method of claim 1, further comprising applying the crop mask as a border.
7 The method of claim 6, further comprising superimposing the crop mask over the image to form a composite image.
8 The method of claim 1, further comprising moving the crop mask over the image.
9 The method of claim 1, further comprising selecting an image property.
10 The method of claim 1, further comprising automatically selecting a product attribute to change.
11 The method of claim 1, further comprising automatically selecting a new value for the selected product attribute.
12 The method of claim 1, further comprising selecting the product attribute to change at random.
13 The method of claim 1, further comprising randomly selecting new values for the selected product attribute.
14 The method of claim 1, further comprising selecting one or more of the product attributes to change based on information relating to one of the user's images, past transactions, and account information.
15 The method of claim 1, further comprising generating a new preview image.
16 The method of claim 1, further comprising displaying the preview image that allows the user to see what changes were made to the product attributes of the image-based product.
18 The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving text from a source.
19 The method of claim 1, further comprising displaying multiple versions of the image with the text positioned on the image in different locations.
20 The method of claim 1, further comprising wherein the text is positioned proximally about one of the top edge, the bottom edge, the left edge or the right edge of the image.
21 The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a text position location.
22 The method of claim 1, further comprising positioning the text on the image in the selected location.
30 The method of claim 29, where the control is a button that allows the user to change the shape of the selected portion of the image.
